Palace Patisserie is an authentic Turkish Patisserie in Perth located inside the historic Fremantle Markets.  We take pride in specializing in savoury and sweet pastry products with clear vision of providing products carefully cooked with high quality ingredients.  We exclusively use home made ghee and extra virgin olive oil.  Our products do not contain vegetable oil in which heavy chemical products are used during the extraction process.

We prepare our patisserie products by a hand and home-made bakery style process and serve it fresh in the shop.  Furthermore, we do not use common commercial practices as they are prepared and produced for long time consumption.  We make our food with love; in a relaxed, peaceful state of mind, with joy.  We are confident that Palace Patisserie is the best Turkish Patisserie in Perth!
